How big is it?
Measure the box the part would fit inside. Millimetres.
Our bed is 350 × 350 × 350 mm. Larger parts can be split and bonded — mention it in the notes.
What should it be printed in?
Not sure? PETG suits most jobs inside a car.
Finish and timing
Layer lines sand out well on PETG and ASA.
Which material?
A car interior hits 60 °C in summer and a bonnet gets hotter. That rules a lot of common filament out.

JJ Auto started because the accessory you actually want for your car usually doesn't exist. The universal phone mount fouls the vent. The cubby tray is the wrong shape. The trim clip snapped and the dealer wants twenty quid for four of them.
